I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the front office receptionist at the Arcadia location, Suite 404, who was working on 2/16/26. She has blonde hair, and although I am not certain of her name, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. During my visit, I observed what I would describe as very poor customer service. The receptionist did not adequately explain the paperwork patients were being asked to sign, and there appeared to be little to no effort made to ensure patients understood what they were completing. In addition, her tone and manner of speaking came across as impatient and lacking empathy. It was upsetting to witness the way patients were being addressed. Front office staff are often the first point of contact and play a critical role in setting the tone for the patient experience. Professionalism, patience, and clear communication are essential in this role, and unfortunately, those qualities were not demonstrated during this encounter. I hope this concern can be reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure a more positive and supportive experience for patients.

No stars if I could, 3 years ago my father went in for simple eye surgery. He ended up with a staph infection, 2 days later his eye had to be removed. My father passed away 04/21 without seeing any compensation on this groups part. Till this day the case is on going, this group unwilling to accept any responsibility. Go anywhere else for your care. # Dr Kevin Suk, acuity eye group Arcadia. Seek care elsewhere

I have been calling this place MULTIPLE times to confirm my Mom's appointment on July 31st after they said that they would call us at 1 PM we waited and no call till I had call them and I get sent to voicemail and it says "The Mailbox is full" or when I get the opportunity to speak to Staff they would transfer me to the Nurse and instead of speaking to the Nurse I get to the VOICEMAIL to send them a message and the response NEVER CAME!!! The after hours staff was RUDE and calling me a liar about the Doctor saw my Mom to saying he is not on file. I will talk to the Doctor about this first thing in the morning to get this sorted out

I wish I could give zero star because 1 star is way too much for ambulatory and billing department of the hospital. I had Scheduled for Biopsy and I had wonderful insurance that was covered by hospital as well. However on the day of biopsy, they said we cant do it unless I pay in advance then later I can get money from insurance. We accepted because I must of done the biopsy that day. We were scheduled for 10:00 Am, they checked me in at 12:00 and waited on cold hospital bed until 4:00 PM to get my turn for Biopsy . 6 hours delay from schedule time was ridiculous. Insurance paid everything and I called for refund . They acknowledged that they must refund me, but 2 months passed and I haven't got back a penny. They just excuse it that money has to go from one department to another department. They Black mail the patient who desperate for a medical procedure and take their money at that point and they don't return it for very long time
