UPDATE: the central business operations personally called and thanked me for flagging this issue. There was a problem with the phone line and they are in the process of updating their call centers. Thank you business team for addressing this issue quickly and giving me a personal call! They also checked on my account. Appreciate the quick resolution. ————————— Billing center with the “866” number has never once picked up. Call local office to get help (they are great). For dealing with people’s health, the account center / business side is a mess and not trustful. Got two bills after I already paid.

I would like to say big THANK YOU to the staff, nurses, and doctors who helped with calming my nerves today as that was my first procedure! They kept me warm with some blankets before and after surgery, which helped to alleviate my stress and pain. Thank you to my nurses Maria and Chau, they are so sweet and caring :) overall great experience!

Where do I begin…from making the appointment to them calling to check on me after the surgery, everyone was above and beyond helpful. I had to go in for cataract eye surgery. I was very nervous as it is your EYE..From the time I walked in at 7 am they were professional and kind. I waited maybe 15 minutes and finalized all my paper work. Once I was called back, kindness was unreal. They explained every thing they were doing and what would be done. The nurses were extremely professional. My eye doctor even came to check on me..Her name is Dr. Jeanie Paik! AMAZING! The anesthesiologist came and introduced himself and explained everything he would be doing. It took maybe 15 minutes and they sat me up in a chair to wait for my ride. They even offer you water or juice after. Such a professional and friendly process I would use them again in a heart beat..Thank you Los Gatos Surgical Center!

I have had the pleasure of being in the most competent care of Los Gatos Surgery Center more times and I'd rather mention. The surgery center staff is always been professional and courteous. The place is well-maintained the pre-op in the post-op are always clean and have up to the date equipment. A couple very special people I would like to mention would be Dara, in post-op she is a delight to wake up from surgery and see her smiling face. Next I would like to bring attention to the Nicole a wonderful nurse with a great bedside manner. Although a visit to a surgery center is not necessarily an event I look forward to If I need surgery, Los Gatos Surgery Center is where I want to be. Keep up the excellent work!
