I was terrified to have an endoscopy done as I’d never had an IV placed or had any previous procedures. The nurses were AMAZING and very attentive. I felt as comfortable as I could and the staff was like a well oiled machine. They worked very well together and that made me feel confident in them. An excellent facility! My doctor was Dr. Paul Wetzel. He was very kind and listened very well too!

This Endoscopy Center is the most professional, friendly, empathetic , and clean out patient facility I have ever experienced. All the nurses including front desk receptionist were amazing! The doctor and anesthesiologist were professional and both introduced themselves and explained the whole procedure. I received text messages before and after explaining what to expect. Considering the procedure was not something to look forward to, the people here made it a great experience. 😉

I have fortunately been here several times over the years and have been treated more than just as a patient. The staff explained everything well and Cher, the fist nurse that helped in prep, enlightened the mood and made the transition to the procedure painless. Elsa also was very helpful. Paul the anesthesiologist, Also was a great help. Dr. Wetzel, who performed the procedure, has always been professional and also very personable. I have been a patient of his for about 15 years and I really appreciate his carrying and medical professionalism.

I Was Extremely Happy With The Endoscopy Center For The 2 Procedures I Had Done. Receptionists Were Extremely Helpful, Polite, Kind. My Nurse Stephanie Was The Absolute Best Nurse!!! She Didn't Even Bruse me With The IV!! Michael The Anotheisologist Was my Guardian Angel, He Didn't Allow me To Hear, See, Or Feel Anything!! I Was Truly Grateful For Him. I'm Forever Grateful To my Doctor. This Dude Is A True Hero!!! No Bleading Or Tare Down My Throat, Or Up My Colon. I Will Recommend This Doctor And Philcity To All. Best experience with Dr. Wetzel and the endoscopy center!! I highly recommend. Second visit. After my home prep, from the moment I arrived, each person I interacted with went out of their way to provide super service and professional care. From the admin receptionists to the pre-op nurses, anesthesiologist, and post-op staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening for the 3 hours I was there. It’s an important procedure to keep up with and I have no hesitation to use Dr. Wetzel and team again. Many thanks to all.
