Our experience was mixed. Her appointment was set. I built my work and plans around when I'd need to be available. With 24 hours notice my wife learned (because she called in) that the appointment was moved 1 hour earlier. Then they kept telling me when I needed to be there (with them "rounding" numbers to ensure things stayed convenient for them - this is effectively what I was told over the phone). This played absolute havok with my workday and meetings - one of which where I was host and presenter. Whether the appointment mishap was them or the doctor, I don't know. But they weren't sympathetic and made sure to tell my wife that I called "multiple times." and was "very impatient." Multiple, to them was twice. Once to understand what was happening and another to assess what I needed to do about meetings. Your mileage may vary, but I was left unimpressed, with a work morning shot to heck and a wife who was left with certain impressions. They didn't relay that I'd inquired how she was or sympathize once. They take care of them.
