Anestheologist lied to my face about not being able to see my Sansum surgical records from 2 months ago at a different Sansum facility, and didn't ask if I had past problems from anesthesia in the past. She was cavalier and detached. She severely damaged my throat causing catastrophic complications. The post surgical RN's or assistants said innappropriate things, like my clothes were expensive! All my clothes & shoes come from thrift stores. I was shorted a drain measurement jar and had to drive to get another one the next day. I had to ask for post surgery instructions. Same person was not giving me a post surgical bra, until the surgeon said she should. They never checked my blood soaked bandages. Horrible staff, horrible experience, and the Foothill Surgical Center lived up to their terrible reviews. I wish I'd have held out for Cottage Hospital, but it was an emergency. I'm still suffering throat damage almost a week later. Worst experience ever. Don't go there if you want a positive experience.

Significant amounts of pain from my surgery. I was told to suck it up??? Please do not get surgery here as many of the review try to warn you otherwise

Horrible location and I was charged astronomical fees for simple conversations. My surgery went poorly due to bad procedures.

I was disturbed to see medical staff posting photos of a wet spot on an exam table as if it were a joke. Patients deserve respect and dignity, not to be laughed at. I hope serious action is taken and that those involved are no longer in positions of trust.

Came here on a referral from urgent care, so I didn't have to deal with scheduling, but they were able to get me in same day. Parking is hard, but if you get there early, the staff is super easy and friendly. More importantly the doctors were super nice and competent and helped me feel comfortable during my procedure, which went really fast. The next day I was feeling WAY better.
