My ultimate experience is they get the job done. I’ve had two outpatient surgeries there, bi-lateral shoulder replacements, one in October 2024 and the latest was May 2025. The same front office manager greeted me both times. She appears outwardly friendly but not sincere nor welcoming. The front office desk is cluttered and the carpeting in the lobby could be cleaner. The admitting RN both times were great. I liked both anesthesiologists and there is a big difference in bruising if the IV is put in your wrist or top of your hand. The wrist results in less long-term bruising in my case. For whatever reason my surgeries were scheduled after 11:30 am and I had little waiting time. The downside of a late morning surgery even on a Tuesday, they can’t get you out of the surgery center fast enough. I think I was given a little too much general anesthesia this last time, but the discharge nurse rushed to get me dressed and out of there even though it was only about 3:30 at the time of discharge. I felt pretty groggy and didn’t appreciate being hurried along. They conducted a follow-up in both cases about a week after surgery and I appreciated it.
