Doctors and nurses get 5 stars "but" the public relations people get 2 stars. I called on a Wednesday 2/07/24 about my surgery on 2/13/24. I had a question and wanted to get my surgery time, I was told I would be called back at the end of the day. I was never called back. On Friday 2/09/24, I called at 10am and told them that no one ever called back and was once again guaranteed I would be called by the end of the day. "I WAS NOT CONTACTED AGAIN". Now my wife has to wait until the last minute to let her employer know what time she needs to leave work to take and pick me up from my surgery. As well as, figuring out if we need to find someone to pick up our children school. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

CRYSTAL EYES

A few nurses here several times have been rude and will ignore you while asking questions making it seem as if your bothering them. They will refuse to answer any simple questions and just ignore me. This is my second bad experience with same 2 nurses . They have horrible bedside manner .Great check in but anxious to rush you out in rude way. All other nurses and staff and doctor seemed to be very decent and very helpful and I thank them for that

Highly recommend! Worth every penny. Dr. Karzel is top notch, and the surgical institute is incredibly professional and caring. You are in good hands. It’s hard finding medical care and physicians you trust. I also am super skeptical of any surgical procedure because I don’t like the thought of going under anesthesia. I needed a shoulder manipulation and was on the fence for awhile because I thought it would just go away. It’s been all of 1 hour and my range of motion is already way better than 9 months ago. Definitely get a 2nd opinion with physical therapy because my first one worked for a few months with no improvement and didn’t recommend manipulation and said to keep doing PT. Anyways, the staff at Valencia surgical couldn’t be more professional or kind. They see people at their worst so it’s a testament to their patience. Melissa is super kind. Highly recommend. Would do again, hopefully not too soon. Thanks!

It was a good experience happy friendly until the end after sedation .Not sure why but the staff was then really short and not so friendly anymore. Not to mention anxious to just push me out the door .
