The front office was very clean but the receptionist did not welcome us in instead she kept her eyes down and asked if we had an appointment. She then continued to speak to other staff members loudly as if there was no one else there. Then a second receptionist came to the front and they had a conversation about a doctor taking her candy. Now I’m all for office camaraderie but voices should be kept low and professional.

Now no one loves to go for a colonoscopy the SMDD Center makes it a good experience. The Instructions were clear and the staff pleasant to Great. They have a system and it works Thank you and Thank you Dr Evans for your service. Luckily I will not post pictures

This was my third time at Santa Maria Digestive Diagnostic Center and the staff is great. They are caring and professional and take really good care of me while I have used their services. I highly recommend using their office if you need to get the procedures they offer. Thank you so much for these treatments and I hope to continue to be a patient.

Very professional service preparing me for my 10-year procedure. The take home instructions and kit I needed for preps were very clear and everything was included. When I arrived the morning of the procedure, I was taken in quickly and the staff was friendly and relaxed and made sure I was ready to go. The procedure itself was easy and seemed like it was over in a few minutes. There was a nice relaxed recovery time and the doctor came by and provided the initial results and reassured me everything went as expected. Overall, very good and easy experience. Thank you!
