If I could rate Dr. Rich 10 stars I would do so. My continuing visual improvement following my cataract surgeries 2 months ago is outstanding. I cannot believe how remarkably clear my vision has become. His surgical skills and staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful along the way. I was told he was the most skilled surgeon, the very Best and he certainly lived up to his reputation. Thank you.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes there. Everything was perfect there and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that one of their anesthesiologists is a total lowlife who, after the surgery, bombards you with emails, texts and robocalls to your cellphone at 09:00 AM demanding that you leave him a review. One request would be acceptable. But his repeated harassment is totally unprofessional and enrages me. Here is my review, Doc: DROP DEAD!

A close relative just had cataract surgery on his right eye with Dr. Chapman and the anesthesiologist Dr. Strunin at the "4th Street Laser & Surgery Center".. and we couldn't be happier with the services provided by everyone at this facility, including the receptionist(s). They are all extremely professional, and do an excellent job! My relative was completely blind due to cataracts, which Dr. Chapman said were some of the largest she's ever had to deal with in her career. (He had regular surgery, not laser one, which is also available). At his next day post-op appointment – he could see, for the first time in a VERY long time! Dr. Chapman and Dr. Strunin gave him his sight, his life and confidence back.. which is priceless! Now he can hardly wait for the same surgery to be done on his left eye.. it's scheduled in about 2 weeks (after the holidays, and after the right eye heals completely). One thing you should know is that the pre-op exam for each eye must be 30 days or less prior to this type of surgery. I'm not sure whether it's like that for ALL the different types of eye procedures they offer.
