Santa Rosa Surgery Center Is an incredible place. I have had a total over five surgeries there in the past 10 years. My fifth one was yesterday . Each visit at this facility is always so comfortable. They are very thorough. Their whole care team there are over the top attentive. No matter how cold it is inside the facility , they will give you as many warmed up blankets as you want🥰

Such A Kind and Caring Staff The Nurses were so Amazing and Kind I got to go in and be with my Husband the Anesthesiologist came in and explained everything he had the Best Bedside manner a very Fun guy i mean who likes hospitals my husbands first at 60 for anything he had his rotator cuff repaired I got to stay with him watch the Dr deaden his shoulder and pretty much sedate him until they rolled him away for surgery the Dr called me when it was Finished And Said it had gone very well The staff here is remarkable so kind and considerate of you as a person I appreciated everything and they let me go into recovery ❤️‍🩹 and then home care instructions We were extremely Pleased with Mikes care and all of the kindnesses to Us i would recommend this Surgery Center to Anyone wanting great Kind Care

I was really pleased with the service and treatment that I received here (enough to go online and write a review about it). I have had GI procedures at other facilities and have never been treated as well or as professionally as I was at this Sutter facility. Top notch care.

On March 4 2024 I had a procedure done at this Center I was very nervous The staff there is amazing So caring positive and empathetic Nissar brought me back and I immediately felt comfortable April, one of the nurses who was very cheerful, put ice packs on the areas I would have injections I feel this really helped! The nurses in OR were also fantastic in creating such an environment of compassion and caring making a scary experience pleasant

I have a healthy phobia of doctors and health care practitioners due to the abhorrent way I've been treated in the past and how past judgments from medical "professionals" have had profound negative impacts on my family, so I've always been skeptical and biased when being seen and wait until I can not wait any longer before seeking help. However, I'm writing this after my second experience at this particular location because the contrast between my past experiences and my experience here is so significant that I feel compelled to write this review. The professionals at this location are amazing. They are caring, comforting and radiate positive energy. I know working in a hospital can be very difficult, especially in an ER where folks can become desensitized to seeing the same situations over and over again, and I know this isn't an ER. But regardless, the level of care and compassion here has been unparalleled to any other location I've been to to seek care or to have a procedure completed. In a society where everyone seems to be at their limits and everything feels exacerbated, I felt these positive experiences were worth sharing. Thank you, to the awesome team at Santa Rosa Surgery Center.
