I had surgery there this morning. Dr. Alen Cohen was my surgeon. Both Lenas (yes both ladies at the front desk are named Lena!) were so kind and helpful. Dr. Cohen and Dr. Martin (anesthesia) were great and explained everything very well. Marita the OR nurse and Dave (OR tech) were also kind and professional. Everyone put me at ease which is VERY important when you are about to have surgery. I'm grateful to all of them.

Service was great for my procedure, but when it came to billing the girl I talked to (Amanda) was Ignorant, rude, and lied, accused me of taking their payment from my provider and keeping it!, said she spoke to them herself!, but when I called my provider they said they were paying Avangaurd directly. If you have a choice, stay as far away from this place as possible! They are worse than the DMV!
