Exceptional facility! I am a super wimpy ,traumatized patient when it comes to any procedure . The staff was incredible,especially Tonya my nurse and Kay ,Dr Gelmen ,and Dr Mueller of course . Tonya called me before and after and was so compassionate and understanding. They took great care of me .

Excellent facility and staff. I went there for a procedure last week. The office was immaculate. There was someone waiting at the door to greet me and see me to the reception desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My nurse Tonya was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Im, the anesthesiologist, spoke with me at length and made me completely comfortable. If you need a surgical procedure, I strongly recommend Prime.

My mother had a procedure done at this facility she said the staff from receptionist to the nurse were very friendly!!!! Super clean from the inside and in the surgery center as well!!! I give this place a 100%. Thank you for treating my mother with respect especially with her not knowing English!
