I had anappointment for a "quick 20 min and you're in and out" proceedure at 12:00. They called me the evening before and moved my appointment to 9:45. I arrived at 9:18. I was not taken back until 10:25. At which time I was told to come back in one hour for an eye pressure check. I was in the lobby at 11:10. They did not do the eye pressure test until 1:15. If you're in any kind of hurry don go here. I also han an hour drive each way. So that "20 min in and out" turned out to be most of my day. My time is valuable too.
