If you want to be waiting all day then yes this is the place to be! The wait was over 2 hrs then when it was my turn he immediately walked out saying he was going to take a look at my file. 5 mins later I hear him in the next room doing an exam. He came back & said thank you for waiting I was able to look at your file. Ummm & do 3 exams as well?? Be honest with patients, that’s how you lose business. Be honest that you double booked or triple booked. Dr.K was kind with great manners, but bottom line don’t lie. I’ll be looking for a new eye center/optometrist.

Dr Kliethermes was fantastic, his medical knowledge far outstripping what I would expect of an ophthalmologist. Easy to talk to, easy to understand, thorough, and forthcoming with information. The rest of Visalia Eye Center was also great. Staff, equipment, cleanliness, and professionalism were all top notch. Kudos to everyone I dealt with.

Some people are fine waiting 20-30 minutes after arriving on time for a scheduled appointment. I’m not. After years of this being the status quo.. my family will be seeking service elsewhere. I know we won’t be missed… your parking lot and waiting room is full of people who don’t seem to mind waiting.

It is true that there is a long wait to get an appointment, however, there is a reason for that! They are really great! I had an appointment rescheduled from the spring due to Covid, then they needed to reschedule that appointment. When they called, I told them I needed an appointment as soon as possible since it had been 6 months since the last reschedule and they were able to get me in with a different doctor the same day. On top of that, every single staff member was kind, smiling, and helpful. So, while the wait and reschedules are frustrating....totally worth it for the service! Thank you, Visalia Eye Center!

I'm a returning patient only because I had to go to another facility with my old insurance and I also I needed an appt asap but I came back today and I'm so happy I did. Everyone here gives you the support and Respect a patient deserves. Dr.Baumann is the best! I love how he took his time with me and taught me some eye care issues to help my vision. Went to Optical and they are always the best. I was able to pick out my own glasses and got them at affordable price. I'm very happy here. Waiting for an appt may take forever to get but it's because there that good! Thank you to all the staff for being awesome!!!
