I have had procedures in several ambulatory surgery centers...nothing compares to this one. From arriving at reception to the completion of my two surgeries, the experience was superb. Every room I encountered was pristine. Everyone I came in contact with was so good at their job: prompt, professional, precise, keeping me informed as to what was going on... so friendly and kind at the same time. All in synchrony. I was put at ease immediately. No worries. Dr. Hagele, a very skilled eye surgeon, performed two cataract surgeries and the results were much more than expected. I am now able to read without glasses; and, as a bibliophile, this is very meaningful. The trees in the forest where I live are in sharper focus. Everything just looks better! Many, many thanks to Dr. Hagele, Dr. Porter for the comfort he provided, the wonderful nurses and the entire staff and surgical team at Sierra Ambulatory Surgery Center, all helping make my surgery the success it is! To have a resource of this quality in our charming rural community is awesome. This team would be a standout in any town – large or small!
