Had eye problems on both eyes (done separately) and their billing process is terrible. This last surgery was done in September and I am still having trouble with it. Further, their bill doesn't reflect the patient's payment nor supplemental insurance payment yet after numerous contact with the office they still send the same bill. Whoever does billing needs to go back to school for this.
