I had an amazing experience getting my surgery here. Days in advance, the billing department called me to make sure I knew how much I owed so I had plenty of time to get funds together. They also offered to work with me on a payment plan if needed. On the day of my surgery, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The pre op nurses were efficient and professional. I was very nervous about the anesthesia and the anesthesiologist and OR nurse were jovial and kind and helped my nerves so much. The cherry on top was the amazing PACU nurse I had in recovery. I cannot stress enough how amazing of an experience I had! Thanks to everyone at Foothills!

I’ve been having surgery here for about 8 years now. I have severe anxiety when it comes to surgery but the people here are absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful surgical team who accommodated to every single one of my needs during all cares provided. I am a healthcare worker too and I can say that all the bed side manner at Foothills surgery center is beyond incredible. Thank you Alexis (RN) for keeping my mind off the whole mess and anxiety of the situation, thank you Molly (Charge Nurse) for being so kind and there if needed, thank you Shelby (RN) for making me laugh and really being there with me when I needed it, thank you Dr. Miller (anesthesiologist) for being so kind, straight up, and keeping me asleep the whole time :) and thank you Dr. Fox, Trisha, and Dr. Beckley for being so good at what you do and letting me be your patient for so long. I am beyond grateful for having such an amazing team to fall back on.

I had a wonderful experience having my first surgery here. My pre-op nurses (Alexa, Rachel) and OR nurse (Brandon) were so personable, kind, and easy to talk to given that I was very emotional and nervous. The facility was clean, quiet and calm with simple check in and ample parking. Dr. Quackenbush was so thorough discussing his anesthesia protocol with me and had a very gentle demeanor that helped ease my nerves. Everything went smooth and I woke up in recovery feeling quite well considering the circumstances. I cannot remember the name of my post-op nurse, but she was a dear and kept me comfortable. Thank you all so much!

Great Customer Service My husband has come in here a few times for procedures and has always been treated very well by the front desk staff, the nurses, and the doctors. They have a very friendly and informative staff. Today I thought I left my cell phone there and had made several other stops and was pretty stressed out when I realized it was missing. When I called the office, "Alex Z. "(scheduler) took my info and personally looked to see if I left my phone in recovery and other places (even outside by the fountain) that I had been. Then she recommended the "find your phone" app which I would never in a million years have thought of. I'm not very techie-minded :) I used the app and immediately got a map showing me where I had left my phone... at a stop on the way home. She didn't need to help me to the degree that she did and I really appreciated it. It relieved me of a lot of stress. It's hard to find good customer service like that these days. If I could put these stars on her forehead, I would! And, on a different visit, "Charlie" helped me out a bunch with my Covid vaccine card; making a copy, cutting it down and covering it in protective wrap to fit my wallet. Oftentimes it's the first person you meet at the desk or talk to on the phone that makes the impression for the entire office. These are important members of the organization!

Billing Nightmare!!! After making me pay up front before a procedure they then did not file with the insurance company, this is was just out the money spent. After 10-15 calls over 3 months they finally gave me an itemized bill which I filed myself. This was “in network” so they should have filed it. Unknown if their billing department is grossly incompetent or lazy. Either way just look at many other reviews here and see nearly identical reviews. I recommend that you use the hospital or different surgery center. This place caused me so much stress definitely not recommended for anyone else to go there!
