If you have a billing issue with this place, file a complaint with the State. Its the ONLY way they will fix it! Do it immediately- Grace is a disgrace to deal with. No matter how good the center is, the Dr is, the follow up is, if billing rips you off, and refuses to step up and fix it, it's a bad situation. Everyone did a great job EXCEPT billing, and for that, I will tell everyone about this negative experience with surgery. Blaming a third party billing company( CBO central billing office) is NOT an excuse Terry Sanchez! Y'all need to fire TERRY immediately, he can't do basic billing remedy. If you are reading this BEFORE surgery, put it on a credit card, and not a check or ACH. That way if they overbill you can fight it with the CC company. 0 stars

They grossly underestimated my out of pocket, hardware copay amount at my prescreening phone call vs my actual/final charge (400%). I had a prior surgery where they tried to charge me for items that were covered under my plan that took several days to resolve. Their billing department is completely inept. Additionally, I developed a post-surgical site infection that put me in the ER for a few hours. I have had over a dozen orthopedic surgeries with zero issues until this surgery. Will not use a provider that uses this facility.

Over charged us on a bill and never can get a hold of a single person. My insurance company myself and now my lawyer. Not ONE can we get anyone to answer emails in person anything. THIS PLACES BILLING DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE AND SCAM. 3.5 MONTHS STILL NO REFUND ON THE OVERPAYMENT THEY REQUIRED TO DO SURGERY. ILLEGAL BILLING PRACTICE. BEWARE

Beware this center is extremely shady when it comes to their billing practices!! They gave me my patient estimate before my son’s surgery, ended up billing FOUR times the amount, and still haven’t returned my phone calls in 6 months! If you get someone on the phone, question everything! Only star goes to the nice gentleman who checks people in. He’s very helpful but I think over worked cause he never seems to have any help.

My 9-year-old son just had surgery here, and it was a fantastic experience. We are self-pay, and we had no issues working with the financial department. The actual surgical staff and aftercare went above and beyond what I expected (especially after a recent surgery I had elsewhere where it felt like the nurse for a bonus for sending you home as fast as possible). The nurses were so kind and advocated for our son in a variety of situations and made sure we were will informed of everything going on. The anesthesiologist was great. The facility was clean and functioned well. I am so grateful for the staff here and for the kind of care we received. It’s rare to see that in the medical world these days, and I hope the nurses at this center know how much we appreciated their care of my son.
