Professional and comfortable but, yes, assembly line procedure. Woke up last night with terrific pain and went back today. I asked for prescription ibuprofen and the doctor treated me like I was a drug addict! I’m 64. Left the experience with a bad taste in my mouth.

Horrible experience with this place from the minute I checked in to now a year plus later! Refused to even let me check in for my procedure without payment in full based on their estimates. A year later we get a bill for over $1100.00! They say they have no record of any payments from me! HA!!! I call BS!!! I was NOT allowed to even check in for my procedures until they had full payment! Come to find out they had a system change & we are the ones that have to prove we made payment! They’ve barked up the wrong tree!!! They owe us almost $1000.00!! I say sue me and we’ll see you in court and you will be paying me back for court costs, loss of time from work, any applicable attorney fees and damages. A week later and still no follow-up, I called and emailed and have heard crickets!!!! Go figure! Par for the course. From front desk to billing office, this has to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced! As a former accounts receivable person, front desk person and accounts receivable team lead, I would NEVER have dreamed of treating a patient the way I’ve been treated. Will be looking into my options because this is 100% unacceptable! If it was possible to leave a negative stat review I would!

I had an excellent experience with the staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, and Dr Quist. I felt well cared for by all. They are efficient but make sure that all your questions are answered.
