My partner has had 4 procedures at this location. It is without a doubt the worst run medical offices we have gone to, and we have been to a few after his recent bout with cancer. He and I waited one day for 2 hours before he was seen. Another time he mentioned to one of the ladies at the front desk that he always seems to have long wait times there. Her response? "So?" Unprofessional and rude. I managed medical office buildings in Colorado Springs for 12 years, and I can assure you that none of the tenants who were all doctors and medical practices of different disciplines would behave this way. In addition, their method of determining co-pays seem to be random and unexplainable. Unexplainable by them, the doctor's office using their medical suites and our insurance. Where they come up with these numbers is a mystery to all, and we will not pay them. Good luck if you try to call their office. The phone number listed on their website rings out and says "mailbox is full". I sent an email canceling an appointment since they don't answer their phone, (I also told them about their phone problem), and have kept a copy in case they try any funny business. I cannot recommend it. At all.

I had a great experience here! All the staff from the nurses to the Doctors were wonderful! Very professional, attentive, caring and everyone always smiling! I didn't feel like a number. Thank you Dr. Gessner, Dr. Dressen, Emily, Doug, Robin and Laura! You all are the best!

They made a possible unpleasant experience much more bearable. I has a epidural for neck pain. I was so woozy with pain this morning that I put my orthopedic braces and diabetic shoes on the wrong feet! A sharp eyed nurse corrected that issue for me. They waited until I was safe to be released & gave me postoperative instructions and a nice clothed ice pack that I suspect will be my next best friend after my pain pills! I like my Dr. Brooks and the nurses. Very humorous. Diffused a possibility tense sutuation. Hope in a few days the medicine injected in my discs will take hold & my pain meds will be more effective because my pain will have greatly diminished. We'll see.

I just have to say how wonderful this place was! My son had ankle surgery and the front desk staff and Dr were so kind, loving and informative to him. They even let me sit with him for a bit before he went under anesthesia. They explained everything to both him and myself step by step about what was going to happen . This was his first surgery and he could not have asked for a better experience . The nurses were ALL so kind and loving as well . Thank you all for taking care of my boy .

I can’t imagine how anyone could have a negative thing to say about the staff here. Not only did my surgery go incredibly well, but every nurse or front desk attendant I countered on my way in and out was wonderful. They reassured me when I was worried about my first experience with anesthesia. They were loving and friendly, when I needed the comfort to feel ready. They made me laugh and feel good about my post op. I wish I could remember all of my nurses to give them a special shout out. I felt safe, cared for and heard. I highly recommend this surgery center!
