i just got back home from my endoscopy, and i couldn’t wait to post my review and rave about my experience. i was pretty nervous before the procedure, but everyone was SO kind! they made me feel much more comfortable about it, and i didn’t even have so much as a sore throat when it was all over. if i ever have to have another, i hope i can come back to this location. genuinely, thank you all for helping me through this. i can’t thank you enough

I had a very good experience with the nurses and doctors in the staff, but they keep trying to bill me for something and that we should go to my insurance company because they waited too long. The insurance company won’t pay it and now they expect me to, but that’s not on me. There is a billing deadline to get your bill in and you know that and they did not so therefore they couldn’t bill it and now they’re trying to bill me like I said it’s it’s absolutely ridiculous.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The doctors spoke to me while I was incredibly loopy off of the anesthesia, also giving me results of my procedure which I completely do not remember BCUZ I WAS HIGH OFF ANESTHESIA and kicked me out of recovery while I was completely loopy and drugged as well; I genuinely think I had one sip of juice before they were like time to go to the waiting room. Nobody EVER called my ride to come get me and they just let me walk out the front door alone even though they mandate you have a ride home. I would never recommend this place to a single person. If I could give 0 stars and have this place shut down I would.

I had an excellent experience at Optum Peak Endoscopy.(Colorado Springs). My appointment was with Dr Cesario who performed the same procedure on me about 6 years ago. Dr Cesario is absolutely top notch and thorough. Everything was explained in detail and everyone from the front desk staff to the young woman who wheeled me out were courteous and considerate of my needs. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the procedure ran within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The low fat, low residue diet made the final prep easy. A thank you also to Robin who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have no complaints and highly recommend Optum Peak Endoscopy.

I loved everything about this office. It was clean, tidy, and very welcoming. I went in and had my 3 year old daughter and my dad with me. Not only did they take care of me, but they made sure that my daughter and dad were comfortable also. My dad was able to get a complementary coffee from their Bottoms Up Cafe while he waited and my daughter, who was uneasy with me leaving her sight, was happy to be given hot chocolate and a chance to pick a snack. When she got upset later on they even gave her a warm blanket to cuddle. My procedure was quick, each nurse I came into contact with was sweet and calming, and I was on my way out the door within about an hour of my scheduled time. After fasting, it was nice to know that I would wake up to the coffee I ordered before the procedure and a snack. The whole staff, truly, took care of me and my family wonderfully and, if I should ever need this procedure again or another, I would gladly walk back through their doors.
