I have been dealing with G.I. issues for about 15 years now and it’s been absolutely miserable. About two years ago or so I got linked up with Susan while she was working at the Denver West facility, The first thing I noticed was that she actually listened to what I was saying, which is very appreciated. As you can imagine having dealt with this issue for so long, I have seen my fair share of doctors in this field, and sadly almost all of them don’t listen. Anyhow In the last two years of being a patient of Susan‘s, she has definitely helped me And I believe 100% she is on the cusp of nailing down my issue. Truly Grateful for her. A small tip for anybody who needs to make appointments at places like these more than once every few years for a colonoscopy or what not. Set multiple appointments in advance if necessary, This cuts down on wait time. At least in my experience, I have always gotten an appointment when I need it and the staff has always been very awesome working with me In this regard. Also make your appointments for first thing in the morning. My appointments at the downtown facility are always around 8:20 In the morning and I’m always out of there by nine. My overall opinion of this place And staff, coming from somebody who’s dealt with having a stomach weaker than a newborn baby kitten for the last 15 years. The service has been top-notch, I can’t speak of any of the other doctors at this facility because I have not seen them, but I can say without a doubt, Susan might be amongst the best in the entire state and if you find yourself a patient of hers just know that you’re in good hands.

Very little positive things to say so I'll keep it short. 1. They cancel on you 20 minutes before your appointments starts. Then dont call you to reschedule 2. 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment time isn't early enough, you'll be turned away. Even if you filled the paperwork out online. 3. Half the staff is "not in your network"

Susan Gieske and her team are INCREDIBLE. Susan is an expert and provided above and beyond care. She really took the time to listen and allowed me to ask all my questions. Excellent care, quick responses via a patient portal, patience, happy to answer questions, clear instructions, free and easy parking, no billing concerns, everything was so transparent and easy. Liz specifically, has also provided one of a kind care and walked me though everything I needed to know throughout the whole process. You will be in good hands at GI of the Rockies.
