Everything went well, since the moment of my arrival, easy check in, I just waited for a few minutes and I was called to initiate the process for procedure. Over all, great service, very nice staff, great communication. I love this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give a 1 star. In my experience, Dr. Samuel Cohn was dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. He interrupted me during appointments and dismissed symptoms I reported, including tremors, stating they were not occurring. I was not given clear explanations for treatment decisions. As my migraines and nerve pain worsened—resulting in several urgent care and ER visits—I experienced delays and refusals for referrals, limited medication options, and inconsistent communication through the patient portal. Requests for imaging or specialist consultation were declined or deflected, and refusals were not clearly documented when asked. Because of the lack of clarity and follow-through from neurology, I initially filed a complaint against Neurospine department believing they were responsible for the gaps in my care. It later became clear that these issues stemmed from neurology’s handling of my case. Other providers within the same system were helpful, like my primary care Julie Losekamp which highlighted the contrast in care. My experience led to unnecessary delays and significant distress. Due to these ongoing issues, I am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience with his care

NOTHING could have been better. Called in right on time. check in person was excellent. Risa was also excellent, and clearly knew her stuff and how to do what she did for my nosebleed situation. I felt like I was in good, skilled and competent hands. Hopefully it all worked and I won't need to return.

I stopped in to replace my aging bifocal sunglasses, & found my script had expired. Jeremiah quickly booked me with an open eye exam appointment, & salvaged the trip. I had wonderful care from Dr Chonka & every eye care team member encountered on the 1st & 7th floor. As busy as everyone was, they were all patient, professional & personable with the entire waiting room full of clients.

PA Hinda Mezaache and Nurse Vanessa were literally so amazing during my appointment. I had to have a fatty lump removed from my arm and I was very nervous about this appointment and from the second I walked in both of them had a very welcoming vibe. They were friendly and had great conversations with me and just over made the whole surgery a fun experience, which is impressive thing to do with how nervous I was. They also were both clearly very experienced with stuff like this. So thank you to both of them.
