Madison Street Surgery Center ordered twice the amount of eye drops that were required at $35 a bottle.! I had only one eye procedure and needed only 14 drops and yet they ordered me two bottles. One remains unopened. I have placed three calls to obtain a refund for the unused bottle and no one has even bothered to return my call! They also place their Patients at unneeded risk. They start the appointments at 6:30 a.m. and yet the office building doesn't even open until 7:00 a.m. There is no apparent Security and parking in a virtually empty garage and standing in the front of the building waiting for someone to come down and let you in is simply asking the Patient assume their risk! All of this, in light of a $550 expense for a five minute procedure tends to question if they are Patient Centric.

These guys are the best! They took great care of me. Very organized with time and equipment. I truly appreciate everything they have done to give me the gift of vision.

Perfectly executed cataract surgery with every staff member being friendly and attentive. Excellent communication on the surgical process along with post follow up.

They were very helpful, polite and on time for both my mom’s surgeries. Her 1st eye has shown great improvement and no problems. Just had other eye done this morning and it is already feeling and seeing better. Thank you for taking such care with my 86 year old mom who was very nervous before our first visit but today went perfect start to finish.

Dr. Belen is outstanding. Not only is he professional, but has a great bedside manner to put you at ease. Their staff is 5 stars on all levels. From Sonya to Paul to Heather - all knew what they were doing and made me feel valued. Thank you again.
