Disappointed that the first suggestion to my stomach issues was very intense and invasive (colonoscopy). There were zero questions about my diet (quality of food, diet, water intake, etc.) and zero conversation about potential approaches to see if a change in some habits would be a sufficient solution. It felt like I was being rushed into a very intense solution. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star was because staff was very nice.

Everyone was pleasant and professional when I underwent my procedure. The coordination of care, however, has been absolutely terrible. They’re great about calling you to collect payment, terrible about calling you with accurate test results and/ or any sort of helpful follow up after your procedure. I had to wait months until I heard the doctor’s interpretation of the results- from the PA, of course, not the doctor himself . And I wasn’t explained the results through a phone call, I had to set up an office visit so they could bill my insurance and collect another copay.

I scheduled an appointment months in advance since the soonest they had was three months away. Three months pass and I called to confirm because I hadn’t heard anything, I was told the doctor was on vacation and that they had left me a voicemail. I never received a call, voicemail, email, or text notification like every other doctor’s office sends. The staff member said she would transfer me to reschedule, and then the call dropped. When I called back, a different person told me I had to wait until next week just to call again to get another appointment, which will probably be another three months away. Every other medical office manages communication and scheduling better than this. Do not waste your time with this place.
