The team at South Denver Endoscopy Center are the best! From communication before the procedure date to Alex at check in to nurses and staff before and during the procedure -Bethany, Dave, CC, to Madeline in recovery, the entire staff made me feel cared for. (And Dr. Carreira is just awesome-thorough, professional, and I absolutely trust his medical judgement and care.) There were so many opportunities for questions throughout, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend booking here for endoscopy!

I did endoscopy procedure here on May and I asked them to confirm my benefits with my insurance before the surgery day . they said they did and that the copay is $375. After the surgery I got 2 separated bills of $1300.So, I called my insurance about those bills and they said no one called us before the surgery to confirm your benefits !!!

My recent EGD and Colonoscopy, while a bit unnerving, borderline a pleasant experience....all thanks to the incredible attitudes of the entire care team at S.D. Endoscopy. The center itself is good. Our doctors are great and the health care team are also. The billing department needs new life or a different management. There are requirements when checking in, which is appropriate. Communication about what that fee is for is not clear. Any follow up costs are not billed promptly and one can think they are settled until a bill comes six months after for the center. I was transferred about and had to repeat the problem. This is frustrating. The supervisor is difficult to discuss the situation. The supervisor shoots quick, short questions that are not expected. The doctors bill came within short time from their office.
