This place is a scam center, get ready for months of random billing from 3 different shell companies all labeled as “bill forwarding”. The funniest part is I cancelled the surgery and they are still trying to send bills. Avoid this facility at all costs.

I had cataract surgery at this center. Nurses gave me valium IV. I was off cognitively for 10 days. I needed minor sedation. These nurses are rude and do not know what they are doing. I went for second eye surgery at Harvard surgery center. Nurses were knowledgeable and gave minor sedation, I did not get any side effects. Thanks to Harvard surgery center.

They cancelled my son's necessary kidney stone surgery ONE HOUR prior to check-in, claiming that their surgery center doesn't allow treatment for patients under the age of 18. This is egregious, considering a nurse from their surgery center called the day prior and confirmed his birthdate and confirmed that I could go back with him during surgical prep. In other words, they knew exactly how old he was. My son followed their necessary pre-surgical preparations, including taking laxatives, following a clear-fluid diet, and abstaining from pain medication for a full 24 hours, even though he was in intense pain. The oversight of their own policy and subsequent cancellation caused further unnecessary delays, pain, and frustration while we scrambled to find another surgery center and get my son the treatment he needed.

I arrived on time and once getting my paperwork done, was immediately taken back. I had shockwave lithotripsy done, and everyone was nice and informative. I arrived at 7:30 am and was out and on my way by 11:15 am. I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness. There is a coffee house across the street where my husband was able to go while I was in surgery, so that was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this facility.

They don't have enough bays or spaces available for everyone. So you will wait for a super long time, after your scheduled time. I would recommend going to a physician that DOESN'T use this facility.
