Very poor customer service! I was scheduled for a 10:40 am procedure! I did not get taken back to the procedure room until 12:30 pm. After talking to staff, there were no emergencies, this is how the Dr. who performed the procedure books his schedule. How unfair & unprofessional is that? I not only got taken back almost 2 hours later, he didn’t explain any of his findings on discharge instructions. I had to have the nurse give me some handouts & explain. Absolutely no compassion from the Dr. who performed my procedure. I very strongly do not recommend this place of business!

I recently had a procedure at Grand Junction Endoscopy and cannot recommend the facility highly enough. The medical team is friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply experienced. They really know what they're doing, and they do their jobs with transparency and compassion. A Five Star facility.

I just had an EGD this morning, a follow-up after some findings at a previous exam in August 2022. Every time I have had colonoscopies and EGD's at this facility in the last several years my experiences have been excellent! I have been the patient of Dr. Masi Khaja since 2010. Now, as Dr. Khaja has moved in Austin, Texas, Dr. Joel Lans has performed the EGD for me, checking everything carefully and making the therapeutic plan and follow-up. We have discussed the details before the procedure and the findings after he finished it. From the telephone call from the billing a few days ago (they checked in advance with my insurance), to the reminder received by phone yesterday for the appointment, and to the checking-in this morning with excellent nursing, anesthesia and the procedure itself, it has been a very smooth, professional and friendly process!!! Thank you Dr. Khaja, thank you Dr. Lans, thanks to all the staff at the Endoscopy Center and see you again in 3 years! Tiberiu Doru Corduban

I recently had an upper GI done at the Endoscopy Center. 1. My physician showed that he cared about me as an individual and listened closely to the details of my condition. His expertise is superb and he spoke with me several times before and after the procedure. He was very clear in explaining test results and options. 2. The staff also demonstrated great care and kindness for their patients. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge they have about their duties. They were also very efficient. 3. The facilities were very clean and organized. I could not have asked for better in any of the areas.

I had to have a couple procedures done and was sent to this location. I have to say, the staff and Doctor were ALL Amazing. Everyone there put me at ease and humored me while I was nervous and worried. My 2 separate procedures were done and complete without any complications. Thank you to EVERYONE from the front desk to the medical team in back, and a BIG Thank you to the female anesthesiologist, I forgot her name, her sense of humor and personality really helped me to relax. Once again, I can't Thank You All enough for everything you did for me.
