I liked the clinical staff here but the administrative staff is terrible. Their communication is horrible and they don’t bother informing patients when something has been changed. It is up to the patient to call and find out what is going on.

As I sit at home ready to dig into a chocolate pudding cup that I got to take home with me from surgery, I'm very thankful for the care I received today by the staff at Centrum. Every single person, from reception all the way to my recovery nurse, made me feel comfortable, heard, and like their top priority. K. Walker was my pre-op nurse and made all the prep go super smoothly, and I was even surprised to find that my IV was already in by the time I finished chatting with Culluton, my anesthesiologist. Speaking of which, he was a hoot! I love some good banter, especially when I'm about to go through what can be a stressful experience, and he kept it fun as well as relevant to my care. Susy, my OR nurse, took a music request from me in the operating room to play Queen while I was going under. Loved it! And then Esmerelda was amazing as I was recovering: she made me some tea, bestowed a gift pillow and beanie made for patients by volunteers, and we chatted it up about seeing the aspens in Colorado and visiting hot springs (I told her Glenwood Springs is THE place to go). And of course, tons of thanks to Dr. Hafertepen for smooth sailing in the actual procedure! I'm now home, feeling great, and I am super thankful to everyone who got me through today!

For women who are scared of this procedure, DON'T BE!! There is no pain involved in the procedure itself. You are completely numbed up, and it only takes a few minutes and your done to go home. I didn't even feel sore rhe next day. All in all the biopsy is the easiest part of the whole situation. Keep positive

Every single person that works there was incredibly kind. From the moment you walk in. The nursing staff was the sweetest. Dr. Trainor was nice as well. After my procedure, they took good care of me and it was probably one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had.

The team who provided my care today was just amazing. Ginger, Dr. Ebersole and Ann and Jill and another RN were incredible. I felt so fantastic to be there for a biopsy and this team made me feel like I was so special and cared so much about me. They kept asking how I was doing and it was the best experience ever because of their care for me. It was like I was part of the family. Loved them all!!!! Recommend them HIGHLY
