I got a referral to Dr. Hayes to get my wisdom teeth out, and as someone who is extremely afraid of the dentist and anything related to oral surgery, Dr. Hayes and the surgical assistants put my mind at ease. Dr. Hayes answered all my questions with no condescension and thoroughly explained exactly what was going to happen. I had a consultation on a Monday and surgery on that Thursday (4 wisdoms plus a molar removed). Later that day, they called to check on me, which was very nice. I have had little to no pain the entire time! During my two follow-ups, the surgical assistants have answered every single one of my questions, checked to make sure everything was healing well, and even took out some stitches that were really bothering me. Dr. Hayes also stopped by to check on me. Throughout the past two and half weeks, the front desk, surgical assistants, and Dr. Hayes have been wonderfully attentive and willing to help anytime. While I obviously don’t remember the actual surgery, I do remember being so well taken care of and that is what matters most to me. I truly appreciate everyone there!

I had a very disappointing experience with this oral surgeon. The procedure was outrageously expensive, nearly three times the national average, and that was without any form of anesthesia. Throughout the procedure, there was little to no communication, and the surgeon showed no empathy or concern for my comfort. There was also no meaningful explanation before or after the procedure about what was being done or what to expect during recovery. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. To make matters worse, after paying over $2,650, the office is now attempting to send me to collections over an additional $15 charge. This feels excessive and unprofessional given the amount already paid.

Dr. Hayes and his team are the absolute best in the business. I’m a general dentist and out of all the specialists in my area, he is the one I bring my kids to for their wisdom teeth. Dr. Hayes has an excellent chair side manner, precise surgical skills and his pain management technique cannot be beat. My middle kid just had his wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Hayes and he’s doing awesome. I highly recommend this office. The doc and team are one of a kind.

I had the privilege of visiting Curt and Mel last week after a botched dental extraction resulted in a week of excruciating pain and I was referred to the Center. Dr Hayes got me comfortable immediately - he and Mel both reassured me throughout the process, and they were able to extract a stubborn wisdom tooth causing all of the pain while I was still recovering from a joint injury from the previous dentist. Yes, through joint pain, where I could barely keep my jaw tight to the extraction and every step in between, the team was with me and made me feel like things were going to improve. Curt is personable, I was seen as soon as I was completed with my paperwork, and they gave me hope after a week of terrible pain. I couldn't be happier or recommend this office to more people.

I was referred to Dr. Hayes by my primary dentist for a double wisdom tooth extraction, double wisdom tooth coronectomy, and a sinus perforation closure. As this was my first surgery experience, I can confidently say I have no hesitation considering Dr. Hayes and his team for any future care I may need. Dr. Hayes himself is clearly a very competent and experienced professional and these qualities are apparent through the way he carries himself through the entire process. The respect his team regards him with as well as warmth towards the patient highlights this even more. I can't speak higher about the balance of professionalism and compassion that I experienced as this kind of environment being one of safety and trust is imperative. Overall communication was clear and transparent during every stage, from booking, consultation, procedures, and check-ins. Any questions that I had were answered and I was able to call/text with any follow up information that I needed. Front staff were friendly and helpful, and the office was able to get me on the schedule for all of my appointments quickly. Individual financial situations are considered and they provide options to aid in procedures that can otherwise be considered a burden, especially for someone like myself that walked in with a dental emergency and no insurance. During my extraction, Dr. Hayes sealed a perforation that opened due to the removal of one of my wisdom teeth during my initial procedure at no additional charge to me. I am beyond thankful for his generosity and care. My procedures were quick and painless, and I did want to make special note of respect that Dr. Hayes is a non-narcotic surgeon. I was initially going to ask about other options as I didn't want narcotics for pain management, so I was happy to discover that he doesn't include them in his practice. The alternative forms of pain management worked perfectly fine for my situation. I am a month out from my last procedure and waited to write this review until enough healing had taken place. I was given all of the supplies I needed for aftercare at each stage and everything has been continuing to heal properly. My overall quality of life and health has improved since I've gotten these dang wisdom teeth removed and I feel fortunate that any additional stress that can come from a process such as this was mitigated with professionalism and care by Dr. Hayes and his team. Thank you!!!
