Dr. Source performed a prostate biopsy on my father and in regards to the results, he has NOT been available to discuss the findings with either of us. He canceled our first appointment and then pushed us out 6 more weeks. When I asked to see a another urologist, they decided that I would need to speak to management. The manager Ashley had never called me back in the 2 weeks I've been trying to get ahold of her. I call back every other day and get the same run around. They also have not sent over the records to RMCC even though I have requested they do so MULTIPLE times. They have been withholding TIME SENSITIVE information regarding my father's diagnosis and I will not stop calling them until they make this right
