From the moment I entered, the receptionist was beyond friendly, the nurses in OR amazing, Dr Nash the best, recovery nurses, again superb. Everyone set me at peace. Beyond blessed by everyone.

I have no issue with the center as the care is very good. I am writing this to let everyone know that you cannot trust them when they tell you that the co-payment you make, which they literally promised me, would cover ALL charges and you will not be billed another dime is a complete lie. Within weeks after my surgery, I received a bill from the center wanting an additional "adjusted amount" When I called to clear this up, of course they denied saying anything about my co-payment the day of being the FULL amount. In fact, I was told that their team is specifically instructed not to say this, which indicated to me that most patients, like me, are receiving additional bills as well. Whatever the real policy is, just be aware that your payment at the center is probably not the final bill. By the way, in total between insurance and myself, I paid $2859 to have a splinter removed from my finger, which in procedure took less than 4 minutes.

My surgery is not for 2 months but I'm in a lot pain! I understand the Drs have their hands tied sometimes. I called afew days ago, crying because I was in so much pain but was told my Dr didn't believe in pain meds..

The staff at the center we’re amazing. They were so calm and kind. They made my surgery so smooth if I ever have a choice between going here or the hospital.
