I was scheduled for surgery for 2 months, then 1 week before my surgery they decided that I needed to be at a hospital and not at a surgery center. Now I am scheduled at a hospital in another 2 months. I have met my out of pocket max on my insurance and was going to have other procedures completed this year, now that this surgery has been pushed back I'm not going to be able to get everything that I am wanting due to the new timeline. I am angry that the poor administration waited 2 months to discover they they are not equipped to help someone with a pacemaker. Had they been on top of this when I was initially scheduled then this would not be a problem. Poor administration and lack of communication.

Ovarian cystectomy for wife performed here. Our surgeon/obstetrician/gynecologist who performed the surgery is overall very good and nursing staff was mostly friendly. Negatives: The anesthesiologist did not wish to explain the general anesthesia process beyond 'we administer a bunch of medicines' and 'its a general'. I guess he thought it too complicated for us lay people. Felt treated like we're ignorant and not allowed to know what he'll be doing. Not sure how that lines up with informed consent. Made me concerned about whether I could trust him with my wife's life. Procedure did go ok. After surgery they would not let me rejoin wife in recovery until 'she's ready'..which turned out to be basically until they are ready to kick her out. Again, felt treated like I'm a hindrance to them and then my wife got rushed out. So, mixed experience 3/5.

Luis Saniago Nasiff: Why did Banner Health Loveland, CO have to pull from a specialist in Florida? Patient arrived at surgery center at 6AM for a 7:30AM procedure per instructions. Specialist arrives at 8:45AM. Specialist did not know what procedure was being performed for patient. Overheard staff indicate that he was flying in form Florida that same morning. Heard staff say he is part of the "Gentleman's Club," that is to say, will arrive up to 30 minutes late before the staff feels a need to call. After procedure, Specialist spent 30 seconds explaining outcome of the procedure that was not consistent with the written notes, as if he had no clue. Would definitely not recommend this person or Banner Health Loveland Surgery Center. Would not have trusted procedure if not for the photos. I have two wonderful Doctors in the Banner Health System that I will follow anywhere, but I will not use the surgery center with an out of state Doctor I know nothing about.

Had knee surgery 5/8/18. Facility was nice and clean. Very efficient with minimal wait time. My nurse was Kaci and she was awesome! Friendly, attentive and comforting as I was alone and nervous about my surgery. Anesthesiologist was also great- his name was Dr Rick (I can’t recall his last name). He was very thorough and comforting as well. Did a great job managing my anxiety and keeping me comfortable, even checked in a few times after surgery. Dr Williams was his usual great self. All the OR staff introduced themselves as well, even bough I though I wouldn’t really interact with them. Even the manager of the surgery center, Dale, was helpful- he knew a last minute time change made it impossible for me to have anyone with me and that I was struggling to find someone to pick me up and he had multiple ideas how to get me home safely. Overall this was a great experience, and while I hope no one in my family needs surgery anytime soon, I would absolutely use this facility again! Thank you to everyone at Skyline Surgical Center!!!

I had a surgery on 4/4/18. This was my very first surgery and I was very nervous/scared. From the receptionist to the surgeons everyone was extremely friendly and walked me through it and calmed me down. I hope I don’t have to see them again but if I do I’d be glad to go here.
