I was scheduled for surgery January 5th and on December 30th I received a call saying that because I am on a pacemaker and have sleep apnea that they didn't want to do the surgery and pushed me off to the hospital. Very upset with how they conduct their procedures

I had ACL reconstruction surgery yesterday at Black Canyon Surgical Center with Dr. Bynum, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm and confident about my procedure. Dr. Bynum was fantastic - he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His skill really showed in the excellent surgical outcome I received. The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire day. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly caring and reassuring. Having surgery can be nerve-wracking, but they made me feel so comfortable and positive about the whole process. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Black Canyon Surgical Center to anyone needing orthopedic surgery. Thank you to Dr. Bynum and the entire team for taking such great care of me!

I had surgery at Black Canyon Surgical Center last week, and couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, wonderful team. I was feeling pretty anxious, and they were amazing. From the minute the surgery was scheduled to the morning of, everyone was so helpful and encouraging and professional - I felt like I was in incredible, capable hands. I don't remember everyone's names - my apologies - but wanted to thank the entire team - from the front desk to my nurses to my anesthesiologist.
