Dr Levy spent time with me to review all my tests. He went over several options and recommendations. I did not feel rush I feel he cares. Amazing provider

I broke my ankle in 2 places and was referred to this place. When I went in for the consultation Dr Chaus came in and seemed annoyed but I didn’t think much of it everyone has bad days. However after him telling me I needed immediate surgery on my ankle and that I would not be able to bear any weight on my foot for weeks I explained to him I live on the 3rd floor in my complex and I had no idea how I was going to make it up the stairs bc I don’t know how to use crutches. His response was that’s my problem not his. I also explained to him that I’ve had 2 open heart surgeries and blood clots in my legs and I was concerned about me being on blood thinners and other meds for my heart and blood clots. He had no concerns at all about my heart and the blood clots. He said “Oh I won’t be cutting anywhere near your clots! To my surprise I said how do you know that you never asked where they were located. They happen to be right above my ankle bone. With such a lack of concern on his part I became very concerned for myself. I contacted my primary care doctor who explained to me that I needed clearance from my cardiologist for this surgery and needed to stop taking my blood thinners prior to surgery. Mind you this was. Thursday and he wanted to operate on Monday @6:00am not given me anytime to sort things out after my surgery. Thank GOD I listened to my gut and canceled the surgery the next day. I say all this because this Dr could have possibly killed me for a simple ankle surgery. Dr Chaus needs to be more careful and aware of what his patients are telling him before rushing to cut them open

Worst office/ billing staff- had an injection done then had a follow up with the doctor to discuss the results. I live 2 hours away and couldn't make it in during the times available. The scheduler stated I could do it via telehealth. I figured it would be charged at an office visit ($40) or not at all since it was a follow up after a medical procedure. I got a bill for >$700!!!! They said my insurance wouldn't cover it....gee would have been nice to know as I would not have booked it. They say I should know my policy-- if the scheduler offered it I assume they checked the coverage. The billing staff was rude and condescending and threatened me with collections. She then said I can self pay for $120......on what should have been an office visit of $40. Do not trust the billing. I was also unhappy with how the surgical center they use handled my pre-existing conditions. They refused to give me my necessary infusion for a bleeding disorder beforehand- so I had to go to another facility first which was 45 minutes away. There is specific timing the procedure needs to happen in for the medication to be at its full potential. This did not happen. Thankfully, it was only an injection so slight risk but I would not have anything major there. I will not be going back to this provider and cannot recommend.

Dr. Cotter was very respectful and listened to me. He did an amazing job on an injection in my joint. I feel like a partner in my care and I have confidence in his understanding of various types of treatments. I was pleasantly surprised.

It is always a pleasure to have my appointments with Kate! She is always a good listener and answers all of my questions. She is kind, thoughful and very personable. She spends the necessary time with me to make me feel comfortable with any decisions made regarding my treatment and progress. I hold her in the highest esteem.
