If I could give no stars, I would do that, but hopefully leaving one star will let people know how bad this place is. Not only is the procedure room in the basement of a very old building, but they put you in a waiting room on one end of the building and then come and get you and walk you to the other side of the building where the procedural will be done. Had a colonoscopy with no anesthesia or drugs at all. Not the first time I’ve had it done like that but the first time at this place. Dr. was really rough that performed the procedure and they build me as a diagnostic instead of preventative which caused a $375 bill to me out of pocket after insurance paid. I called and explained to them I felt that the coding was wrong and spoke with Annette from their billing department. She was horribly grouchy to be nice about it. She got very defensive and will not change the coding. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! I talked with my doctor at one of my appointments and let him know what was going on and told him I would not send any of your patients there. I plan on leaving a review with the BBB also and will let all my friends and family know to not use this company!

Ashley was great. Listened well to a complicated medical history. We drilled down to my issues. Discussed new medication direction After her great explanation of my symptoms. Told me to call back if I still have issues. Very caring PA. . Im really pleased. John

As soon as I walked in the office, I was helped by a very lovely well organized receptionist. The initial medical check was fast and nice, and Doctor Weiner listened and offered a possible solution Based on his extensive professional experience. I left the office feeling optimistic. BC

The staff was friendly and nice and called you up to the front desk to get checked in right away. Ashley was amazing. She got right to the point but she also listened to my concerns and she was on top of it to get me scheduled. I would recommend this place to everyone

First of all, my husband received multiple reminders of his visit but only 1 of them had his appointment time as 08:00. As we were driving over at 7:15 he got a call that his check in time was 07:00!! Not ONE reminder said 07:00. Second, the first nurse said I could go back with him even though it was a “tight space”. As a nurse myself, I still followed him to the prep area, his business is my business and he likes my ears and eyes to be present. THEN, once he was taken to the procedure, a nurse named Madonna came and said I should probably go back and wait for him in the main lobby because the space is tight and she needed to speak to the person next to me with privacy!! That is BS because they just spoke to my husband without being concerned who was on the other side of his curtain. Horrible communication, conflicting “policies” and a rude nurse. I just wish they could all remember what hell the prep is and when we arrive here, we don’t need more grief, of conflicting policies and NO notification of the actual check in time. The anesthesiologist Ann was pleasant as was the front desk woman. And Madonna became a great educator after the procedure. Otherwise, please improve your communication!
