Everyone from check in with Kristi to all of the nurses was extremely friendly. I was treated like a person not the next case.

Was a patient 2x in as many weeks for 2 different procedures. From check in to operation preps to surgery to recovery to departure, Surgical Center of Ridgefield is a total CLASS A+ experience and I highly recommend.

Bathroom in waiting room was disgusting….urine everywhere. I asked receptionist if there was another restroom because the single one in the waiting room was not in good condition. She just said “no, sorry” Not, I’ll get someone to clean the only one you can use, or please feel free to use a different one….

Just had surgery for a ruptured/ torn achilles tendon at this facility; and it couldn't have gone any better considering the circumstances. I was met by warm, friendly comforting and even humorous staff. They were all very informative during the entire process and had a genuine passion for what they did. They worked extraordinarily well as a team. I'm incredibly grateful for having this group of individuals, who I've never met before, provide me with such a high level of care and genuine kindness. Thank you. -Jennifer -Heather -Eric -Ashley -Dr. Whitney

I had a knee surgery done yesterday at Surgical Center of CT. I had the best experience. The nurses in pre op, and the OR were so very kind. I was nervous and they helped to calm me and made the whole experience very easy. Very special people working here. I was in and out in 3 hours. Highly recommend. Thank you to their staff!
