I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the care and support you gave me during my surgery. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. Your patience, kindness, and professionalism meant more than I can express. I’m grateful not only for the successful surgery, but for the calm and comfort you provided throughout the entire process. Compliments to the receptionist Amy, the admitting nurses Lori and Alyssa who were wonderful they helped me stay calm and made me laugh appreciate it. Also to Dr Martin who did a wonderful job on my shoulder surgery and his staff Jay(RN), Karen(CST), the anesthesiologist who watched over me so grateful Dr.Lo and Jess(CRNA) and the PACU nurse Kathryn. I was very blessed and grateful by this wonderful team led by Dr Martin who is highly respected and known by alot of people. I am happy to be on the road of a speedy recovery. Compliments to Chrissy admitting Barbara and Lori in pre-op the amazing Dr Valeria Passick, the anesthesiologist who was my guardian angel through out. Operating room circulator nurses Kait, Nat and Kelly and Alicia ♡ So very grateful to The PACU nurse, Sam, whose care and compassion and expertise were phenomenal. I was blessed by this whole wonderful Team of Super Heroes led by Dr. Daignault. He is highly respected and well loved by All. This was so very evident and I'm grateful. Thank you Nancy Morand

Had a hip replacement today and I was treated like family! From the front of house staff through to the surgeon and surgical staff and importantly... the NURSING staff...Alyssa, Catherine and the Jess's, Jeff too... thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. Thank you soooo much for your care, make me comfortable even I was very nervous. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I want say big thank you Krissy, Samantha, anesthetist Dr. Possick, Kaitlynn, Jess, Lori, and Dr. Daigneault who perform my shoulder surgery, who check on me before surgery and answer my questions.
