They never called me to tell me what time my appointment was; I had to find out from the opthalmologist’s office. I arrived at the appointed time, but the receptionist was too busy processing other patients. I was not seen by the receptionist for over 30 minutes. Then once I was taken back, drops were put in my eyes, my bag was put away, and I was left sitting in the surgical chair for over an hour. I found out later this was due to them being short-staffed and able to use only one of the two operating rooms. Although they were supposed to call patients to adjust their appointments accordingly, they had not done so. All in all, a visit that was supposed to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours took at least 3 hours. This also caused great inconvenience to my husband, who had to miss some scheduled teleconferences in order to pick me up. On the plus side, everyone was kind and courteous and everything medical was done very well.

The entire staff is absolutely awesome! They all were very empathetic to all of their patients. It's obvious they enjoy what they do. Sorry I didn't remember everyone's name but extra thank you to Linda, Stefanie, Anna, Donna & Faye. God Bless the entire staff and continue to be Blessing to others.
