The Doctor was excellent. The problem is that Medicare did not approve all the medically necessary tests. I have part A,B and AARP part G. My agent and I have spent countless hours for over a year trying to understand why and why Medicare and United Health mishandled me. Out of despiration, I pay a great deal out-of-pocket on top of monthly premiums. All the Drs in previous visits, in offices elsewhere, were unable to diagnose an Ulcer. So thank you to this office for figuring it out. It would be nice if Medicare and United Insurance G (offered by AARP would live up to their obligations. The additional coverage every month is expensive and thusfar, I continue to get denied services .

I had an exceptional experience at the facility, from the moment I walked in until I left. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Sood was particularly impressive, putting me at ease before my upper endoscopy and anesthesia. Her bedside manner was top-notch, and I felt very relaxed 🙏.

Although the nurses and doctors were outstanding, yhe manager did not read her email which was sent three days prior to my appointment and therefore my appointment had been canceled. I found this out after I arrived for my 9:30 appointment and after the prep. I could have been insistent since I had a text confirming my appointment but the doctor was able to take me at 1:30. Since I had to organize my transportation for this, everyone had to scramble and rearrange their schedules so I could have the procedure.
