Delivered my husband's diagnosis in a very terse and cold manner. Showed no compassion.

Have been a patient for years. Almost 3 years ago, Dr. Chanda Kaberi cancelled on my annual appointment 4x to a point where I just gave up. Finally called back to make one late last year and they tried to remove me as a patient because it had been so long. Had to kindly tell them it’s because their own doctor kept cancelling. Eventually got my appointment and all was fine. Got bloodwork done recently and another doc of mine told me to contact Dr. Chanda to go over the results of a couple. Finally got an appointment to go in and see her after 2 weeks passed of her telling me to “eat a cracker” as a solution to the problem…something I could easily Google. I was looking to have a discussion about the underlying issue and what could be done. My appointment was for 9am today and after 2 confirmations last week, I got a call at 7am that she was cancelling! Told the receptionist what a surprise!! Dr. Chanda cancelling an appointment? No wayy….lets just say it’s something quite a few patients have also complained about. Time for a new doc. How are you supposed to be a patient there but your doctor cancels the appointment the morning of every time? Literally insane. I don’t get how she works there.

The doctor is extremely nice! But the office staff is very rude, under trained , & very unprofessional . Upon having an issue with one of my medications, I reached out to the office several times and was given different information each time & was also put on hold an excessive amount of times for an excessive amount of time. Which resulted in taking weeks to be able to get the medicine I needed which was very frustrating because I also already had to wait 3 months to even be seen. There was one person in the office staff that was extremely helpful in assisting me with my issue.

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr Huribal. She is AMAZING! She took her time to read my records as I am a new patient. She is thorough, she explains things and if you have questions she will definitely answer. I would highly recommend her as she is fairly new to our area. 👍👍

Having recently gone on Medicare, I have needed more office visits than I ever thought possible! Everyone at the Northeast Medical Group has been awesome! From the receptionists to the nurses and the doctors - everyone is courteous, polite and knowledgable. I really appreciate all the staff there especially during this difficult time of Covid. Thanks to all!
