The staff were very friendly and efficient. I received all of the paperwork needed prior to the appointment. Everything went as scheduled. The location was very convenient as well.

I had a colonoscopy last Friday at Endoscopy Center of DE. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, who was taking care of another person greeted me with a smile, then asked me to sign in and have a sit; adding, that my name would be called shortly. I really appreciated her acknowledgement that I was standing there. After the initial signing in, my name was called briefly to go back . Everyone made sure I was the right person and that I had followed the preparation schedule. Besides the individual attention what impressed me was the team work and how each staff member greeted each other as though they were a family.😊 I was nervous, but this actually helped me to calm down because I felt like I was in a place where people actually liked their jobs. I did take off 1 star since I had a hard time making contact with a live person to discuss a concern days prior to the procedure. But, I think maybe the phones were messed up as the recording wouldn't let me hold when I called back a second time, but hung up on me saying " you're already scheduled for a call back. Anyway, when I did talk to someone, they made me feel that my concern about a medication was valid, but they assured me I was okay to continue with the procedure and I'm glad I did.

I was a little nervous and had some questions but after talking to Cynthia my nurse and Dr. Modi I felt comfortable. The staff was nice, the holding area and my procedure room was clean. I want to thank Dr. Modi, Cynthia and Sarah(nurses) also Teri the anesthesiologist who was nice and caring. One thing that was wrong was they stated I had a right knee replacement and no one called me back after I call in about the error. Keep up the good work, we need caring people like you.
