I definitely would recommend Dr Downing and his staff they all made my experience wonderful very warming my anxiety was thru the roof when I first walked in……everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff reassured me that I was in good hands and I tell you what they were all right…the whole staff was professional & friendly…..the medical staff were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had the facility was clean I had a 5 star treatment & would definitely recommend Spinal Care Delaware to all my family and friends….Thank you 😃

Well as new employees arrive you get to experience the goods and bad things about a place is not the place is the entitlement on an employee arguing with you about your appointment time when this has been your place over years an now some how i have it all wrong. But as you tell the bad we tell the goods too thank you for reaching out taking from your time to review and solve the issue thankyou hopefully she feels way better

I have been patient since 2006.. Dr.Rudin, Bonnie, Debbie is FANTASTIC in my care. As I aged, bones get weaker, etc etc DR. Rudin has retired and doing some stem cell research in helping advancing better solutions to ease spinal issues we have. Since Dr. Rudin retired, Dr. Linkenfelter has taken over my care last 3 years.. his assistant Debbie as I stated before is fantastic.. both very caring professionals..Debbie has cared and monitored my spine since 2006.. Delawarians, I can assure you the best care you can get is here. Other physicians in the practice is also outstanding Dr. Crain, knee replacement physicians is top notch.. his staff generates same spirit as spine care of Dr Rudin and linkenfelter. I am very very picky when I research medical care.. I DEMAND THE BEST for my wife and myself.. spine intervention teams, and others in the practice is best in delaware hands down.. I trust them with my life and tender care they would give to my wife.. the reception ladies put you at ease when you walk in..teasingly.. ladies call me TROUBLE. ITS a LOVING REFERENCE TO ME.. WHILE WAITING, I HAVE GIRLS LAUGHING.. 1 YOUNG LADY, SEE ME AND PUTS A HUGE SMILE ON HER FACE. turns around to other ladies laughing " trouble here " all girls start laughing and greet me warmly.. you cannot ask for employees like them.. they been an asset and present the practice in outstanding ways Walk in, you feel safe, they will take great care of you. It starts at the receptionist. Being a gentleman ONLY, NOTHING WEIRD.. the entire front staff are sweethearts... professional at all times They are keeoers forever

I received a phone call from an employee named Terri. She asked me if I was able to take care of my balance over the phone. I explained to her that I was currently out of work and would be unable to pay anything at the time. She then asked if I would be able to take care of ANY of the balance at all over the phone. I again explained to her that I was out of work. She said that I had agreed previously to pay $25 a month until the balance was resolved. I had agreed to pay 'some' each month but never received the paperwork. She threatened, harshly that this would be my last phone call. She huffed at me over the phone and told me that she didn't think that I had any intentions of paying my balance since I just told her I was out of work. I told her that my work situation was none of her business. She then got a bigger attitude with me and hung up the phone. If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's an absolute disgrace that I have to deal with the stress of someone harassing me about bills when I'm well aware that I'm behind. I am dealing with an injury and trying to keep a roof over my head. She needs to go!!!! The sad thing is that I would have given this place 5 stars for the treatment I received from the medical staff. They were amazing.They were very helpful, knowledgeable and kept the area super clean. Unfortunately Terri ruined all that for me.
