I was beyond positively impressed by the kind, knowledgeable, and expert attention I received at Baptist Health Surgery Center in Boca Raton this morning. I’m an old, jaded New Yorker, used to various levels of cardiac care and this was among the best ever! The nurses and doctors there were anxious to put me at ease and informative, and answered every question I posed with expertise and patience. The facility is modern and kept spotless. It was a very nice place to go to. In Boca, right there at FAU campus very clean, very nice people inside were very friendly. It was a great experience all around even after my surgery, which went good, coming out of recovery, was again very friendly, very nice place to go.

My experience at Baptist health surgery center was really great from sign in to discharge. The staff was friendly and informative. I got there a little early and they took me within five minutes. All procedures were explained to my satisfaction. The procedure went well with very little discomfort. Dr. Rosman answered all my questions. Since this is my third loop recorder placed by this group, I had some knowledge of the procedure and how to use the monitor and the remote. Would highly recommend this surgery center and Dr. Rosman.

Joce at thr front desk was the sweetest. So polite and helpful. A absolute pleasure. Vanessa was my nurse. Very sweet and professional. Her directions were very clear & answered all my questions. Excellent Nurse! My surgery went smoothly. Dr Brerkowitz was great. The facility itself is very nice & comfortable.

Just discharged from hospital. Electrophysiologies set up a next day appointment for me to place a Loop Recorder. Everyone at the center was wonderful. The nurses were gentle, knowledgeable and very helpful making me feel comfortable in this new environment and with this new procedure. Very little discomfort during actual insertion of device. Dr Rosman spent a lot of time with me explaining the recorder and answering my questions about my condition. Highly recommend Dr Rosman and this surgicenter. Received excellent care.
