I had my angiogram done at Cardiovascular Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this facility. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They went out of their way to ease my anxiety and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Dr. Rothenberg was outstanding—thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. The facility itself is modern, spotless, and very well run. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish and am so grateful to the entire team.

You are very fortunate if you are in the hands of these outstanding nurses and doctors. I recently had a heart catheterization done by Dr. Lovitz at this facility. Everyone there was patient, professional and helpful. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist Sarah when I arrived and quickly escorted back to a private room where, Shana, Bree and the head nurse Teresa promptly prepared me for my procedure. They patiently answered all my questions and made me feel secure and comfortable. Dr. Lovitz visited me before the procedure and patiently answered my questions and described in layman's language what was to take place. He is friendly and personable and puts the patient as ease in what most of would agree is a stressful situation. The cath took about 40 minutes and afterwards Dr. Lovitz came in to explain my results and answer my questions. Hector was the surgical nurse and took great care of me in the surgery room. Nixon was my recovery nurse. He was great and helpful. Brought me ice to munch on while I was on my back and once it was safe for me to sit up, he brought me a delicious lunch since I hadn't eaten all day. The day after the procedure, Sarah contacted me and sent me the doctors notes from my procedure. No one is thrilled about having these procedures, but if you must have a heart procedure I cannot recommend this facility enough. They are real pros and will take good care of you or your loved one.

My husband had his Medtronic biventricular pacemaker outpatient surgery recently done at this center. Dr Jimenez was his surgeon and it was a positive experience. The staff was professional and caring. Zara and Nixon were just two of the kind RN’s caring for him (there were others but can’t remember all their names). He arrived at 7:15 AM as instructed. His surgery started just before 8 AM and he was home by 11 AM. They taper the arrival times of the patients and families so it’s not a jam packed waiting room. The recovery area is private rooms for each patient. The facility is very modern and clean. It was a very positive experience and would recommend Dr M. Jimenez, his staff and this center.

I need a heart valve and was referred to the Cardiovascular Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches for my pre-op heart catheterization before the surgery. From check-in to the procedure, everything was done by their friendly staff with great respect and dignity. Discussions with Theresa, the Director of Nursing, helped take the lead in facilitating this excellent experience, making it great with a personal touch. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk, Nichole, was very calm and respectful to me and my family, offering helpful information to soothe my nerves since it was my first time undergoing this procedure. Cynthia, Flo, and Amanda supported me during pre-op and post-op, providing excellent guidance and showing respect and dignity, which was appreciated. Michael, Nestor worked diligently behind the scenes, but they all came in before the procedure to meet my family and me and explain what would happen once they took me back. The procedure was described in detail, which I understood, helping me feel confident that I was in good care. Dr. Lovitz also did a fantastic job—performing a great procedure and taking time to sit with my family and me before and after to explain everything at our level for clarity. Their personal touch made us feel cared for and valued. I highly recommend this facility and its staff to anyone requiring cardiac procedures.
