My Mom had a great experience today. Her check in nurse Mia was so understanding and answered all of her concerns. The anesthetist nurse and her operating room nurses were funny and calming. They use a great app for family and caregivers to be notified real time of check in, surgery and recovery. They also have a great Witch Doctor statue in the front that is unique and fun to take a photo with.
