UPDATE-had yet another procedure here this week. 2 in 3 weeks. If i could give this place 10 Stars, I would. Thanks to everyone there- both Pattys, Anesthesiologist Dr. W, rock & roll nurse Dan, and especially nurse Mary who was on the spot when I woke from general anesthesia, and of course Dr. Lowery! They make a stressful situation....well-Pleasant! 9/6 From check in(thanks Patty) to prep(can't remember all the names(Tracy. Jeanine?), an extremely informative anesthesiologist, and a master surgeon. Dr. Glen Lowery, my hernia repair could not have gone smoother. An extremely clean facility with warm, friendly staff......what more could you ask for? Thanks a million!

I had surgery at the Bel-Air surgical center last Friday from the moment I entered the building to the moment I was discharged everything was organized and professional. The staff were knowledgeable, skilled kind, and compassionate. Thank you to Donna Carol Corinne Mary Dr. Godo, And especially my exceptionally skilled surgeon doctor, Monast.

I had a day surgery at the center recently and it went very smooth, from checking in at the front desk to my departure everything was done efficiently and professionally. Patty was wonderful during the preparation for surgery, she's a pro at starting an IV and explaining the paperwork and procedure. The anesthesiologists came in with the right amount of anesthesia and off to sleep I went. I woke up after the procedure speaking with a gentleman by the name of Scott, who assisted me during the recovery period and got me on my way. This was a very easy facility to get to, plenty of parking, clean office, friendly staff and I was very happy with the outcome.

My review is not necessarily regarding the surgery center as I have not yet undergone my surgery. My 5 stars goes to Andrea from the billing department. She called to inform me of my financial responsibilities due day of surgery. She was super polite, very knowledgeable, took the time to answer any questions, she went above and beyond. Made the entire process surprisingly painless. I was in a good mood hanging up the phone. Yall need to give that lady a raise!
