Wonderful nurses, doctors and staff! Thank you for your careful care! However, the billing caused me harm. They did not write in advance that I would have to pay immediately on the spot and how much. This was especially bad because I would have transferred money from another account before. Therefore, I had to use my credit card. My excellent credit score, which I had carefully built up with great care, has already been lowered by 15 points. On top of that, they overcharged me by $148.11 because this is already above the out-of-pocket limit I do not understand why billing lowers the rating of doctors, since it counts, but the work of the medical staff is 5 stars! Update The next day I wrote an email about the problem, but I haven't received any substantive response so far. I spent my weekend counting my payments. The insurance company's website showed more payments. When I added up the payments in my bank accounts, I was $100.02 over my out-of-pocket limit. Of course, my ruined credit score didn't improve. Update Although they charged me $486.88 on the spot, which also overpaid my out of pocket. They refunded some of it due to the credit card claim. AFTER THAT they sent me an invoice demanding another $6, while their own account has what I had to pay, which is $276. So they should still give me back, because they paid back much less, but they would still demand $6. This is hell. It takes days to calculate, argue...

Dr Sondhi and his staff were amazing! Dr Sondhi performed my first colonoscopy and I did it without anesthesia! He was very caring and understanding of it being my first time, and explained everything I was concerned about. He is a very calm doctor. By the way, it isn’t that painful at all. 😉 Highly recommend Dr Sondhi. Thank you so much!

I’m thoroughly impressed by the entire team at Countryside Surgery Center. Starting with the receptionist, to the pre-op nurses, to the anesthesiologist & nurse anesthetist, my surgeon, every one in the OR before I went under, the post-op nurses & through discharge. Everyone was kind, helpful & thorough. The process was seamless & I’m grateful for the care that everyone gave me. The anesthesiologist took his time to understand my cardiac situation & to ensure we were on the same page as one of the typical anti-nausea meds I can’t take. One of the nurses followed up with the day after surgery & gave me some helpful advice. I’m grateful for everyone who made a potentially scary situation turn about to be quite pleasant as they guided me every step of the way. I definitely recommend this surgery center!!

I took my mom here to have a colonoscopy under anesthesia about 2 weeks ago. I will not lie I had my doubts driving up to this place. But they were undeserved! The staff took great care of her! The staff are friendly and attentive. The place is clean. They were on the ball here. The doctor explained things well post procedure to me. Since my mom was still out of it from the anesthesia. She was very professional and helpful. They made sure the whole thing went well. She really appreciates their work. Especially the fact they addressed all her concerns from previous procedures in the past. Will recommend to friends and family as well.

Arrival at 5:45 am for a rotator cuff shoulder surgery and it was nothing but pure perfection from entry to exit. Rae and Michele at the entrance, over to Raizel for initial prepping , it was so well planned and facilitated for my husband Michael Kh, I was about to ask for an operation for myself LOL. Carrie at discharge was extremely helpful and caring. Bravo to an amazing team from someone who has had a fair share of surgeries but up in the DC area and let me assure you, the care and the results are by far surpassing some of the most reknown medical services elsewhere. Keep it up and thank you for the wonderful care from 6 to 10 am.
