This place is horrible!! Waiting room is so tiny and crowded. You are not allowed to go back and be w the patient - told it’s too tiny of space. Front office Staff is chaotic! It’s like all of them is their 1st day. Parking is an absolute nightmare!! Not sure how this place qualifies to be a medical surgery center And good luck trying to find a spot to pick up the patient after they are done - there are zero spots and you will be blocking traffic. This place is horrible
The procedure went OK even though I had to get stuck twice with an IV because of someone's lack of experience. I ended up with a nice hematoma on my right hand, and I'm right handed which I explained to them and they stuck me again right near the same hematoma. On top of that afterwards, I had symptoms and complained about them to the Doctor who did the procedure. I had to call his office several times and he basically dismissed my concerns and told me go to the ER or call my primary. The doctor who did the procedure is responsible for any post complications and care. I was pretty much left out in the cold with no resolution to my problem.
The entire staff at west coast endoscopy are the best. From the front desk to pre op to post op every one was kind and very caring. All the nurses made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff. You're the BEST!
Staff is friendly. Check in is a breeze. This was my first procedure involving sedation and I was pretty nervous, but the anasthesiologist put me at ease. I was in and out with zero issues. I highly recommend Dr. Sherman and the entire staff there.
I highly recommend West Coast Endoscopy! From the front desk staff, the nurses, and the doctors, all of them were Absolutely Wonderful. I was incredibly anxious as this was my first time. Even Dr. Choudhry came in before the procedure and gently put his hand on my shoulder offering me simple human touch that really set me at ease. The wait was absolutely reasonable, (maybe 20 minutes?) everyone was very personable, kind, and efficient. The entire procedure was done before I even knew it. Thank you to each and every one of you. You are truly life savers! Bless you all.
