There’s nothing worse than being in pain until you have to deal with Clearway pain solutions in Defuniak Springs. I waited 52 minutes to see doctor McFadden for an 8am appointment. He never called in my meds, never read my X-rays or MRIs. Never called in the nerve test he was supposed to schedule for me. When I called the office I got a call center in India. Try deciphering that nonsense. You are better off calling your cable company…There is nobody you can talk to. You cannot contact that office directly. You can go on the patient portal, but nobody will get back to you. The office looks like a time share sales center. They scheduled a second appointment for me then canceled it the day before and nobody called to reschedule. This is the worst place you could ever go if you need help. Save yourself some time and money and look for another option. If I could give negative stars I would…

If I could give all the providers I've seen individual 5 stars I most definitely would! Ive had 4 car accidents since from 2011 to 2020 (none my fault lol) and i have been to so many Drs who just looked at me and seen a young girl between 19 and 28 at the time and who is too young to be having neck/back pain. Ive heard those words so many times! The pain has ruined my life... i was ALWAYS dismissed! I was forced to have injection after injection after injection every month with the last pain management i went to in 2020 to the point where my body was rejecting them but the one time I refuse to have another one I was told that i could no longer return to that clinic. Needless to say, i gave up on trying to find releif and help from anyone! I went nearly 5 more yrs with this pain until this Place! I was very, i mean VERY scared to do another injection but Dr. Rimi talked me into it and im glad he did because before, my next COnSTANTLY burned and its been roughly 3 months and i have yet to feel burning and i look at a computer screen 8hrs a day! Ive seen a couple providers but I've only seen Ms. Elizabeth a handful of times but she was hands down the best! I had to quit my job a few months back to take care of my dad due to health issues and I had lost my insurance as well as my income at that time so I was seriously stressed and under alot of pressure but Dr. Elizabeth assured me that I would was going to be okay! She was able to make it to where I could be Self Pay until I could return to work and she also allowed me 2 month follow ups Instead of the usual 1 month which she has no idea how appreciative I was of that because $175 for the appt. and $42 for the medication adds up for sure...thankfully I am back to work now and 1/2 was my follow-up appt but I had found out she had moved to be closer to family so I wish her the very best!... I also want to mention the receptionist at the Crestview location is WONDERFUL!!! :)

What good does it do to have an office visit to evaluate how your new meds are doing and the person you see can’t make any changes. Hello the appointment was to see if the new meds are working and to make adjustments if they’re not. What a waste of my time and my money. So I guess it’s true, we’re just there to make money for a major corporation.

Absolutely love them so much. They have helped me beyond belief in just a matter of a few months. I went to another pain management center in Crestview (won't name names but it's on Main) and they refused to do anything more than shots and nerve ablations that did nothing. I switched to Clearway and while due to insurance I had to redo the shots and nerve ablations once more after the 1st round it was shown to be unsuccessful. I am now just awaiting MRI imaging to undergo surgery for an implant (Reactiv8) that will greatly improve my pain, functionality, and quality of life. I would more than recommended everyone to see Dr. Qualley and his nurse practitioner Elizabeth in Crestview for great care and help from those who actually care about your well being and reducing your pain without just throwing you on multiple pain meds with no improvement. Again thank y'all so much Clearway and please keep up the compassionate work. Update: I been seeing them for about a year now and have had such great help in lowering my back pain. Still no surgery but that's insurance related. Plus side instead of a bunch of pills I am simply on 1 patch a week which is great.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and nice.Ive always had a quick wait time.The doctors are awesome and they are helping me manage my pain. Even when having procedures done. I don't have pain getting the procedures like I have had at other places. All the people the nurses the anesthesiologist and the doctors were very informative every step of the way and made me feel at ease.
